We are always looking for graduate students interested in experimental & computational research in synthetic biology, plant science, and microbiome engineering. Prospective graduate students can apply through the University of Georgia's Integrated Life Sciences (ILS), Integrated Plant Sciences (IPS), Institute of Bioinformatics (IOB), and Biochemical Engineering graduate programs.
Students interested in pursuing plant biology and bioinformatics degree programs must apply through the ILS or IPS programs to be considered for admission and subsequent lab rotations. IOB students can matriculate through ILS/IPS rotations, but may also inquire about PhD openings with Prof. Dundas directly. Accepted students should contact Prof. Dundas through email (cmdundas@uga.edu) to discuss rotating through the lab.
Prospective Biochemical Engineering students should contact Prof. Dundas ahead of applications with description of relevant research interests/ideas/goals, a current CV, and the names of three references.
